An electrical transmission line extends across the
entire southern portion of the site within a 150
foot easement. A new electric substation is planned
to be constructed to provide service to the site as
occupancy requires.
Electricity for Bluegrass Crossings Centre is
provided by Warren RECC. The cooperative serves five
industrial parks, all or portions of eight Kentucky
counties, owns and operates 34 substations and
maintains over 5,400 miles of lines.
Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation was
formed in 1938 to bring electricity to individuals
and communities in rural areas of south central
Kentucky. Because it is a cooperative the people who
purchase electricity from Warren RECC are its
owners.
